As the Landlord and one tenant of the property, I am a 40-year old male who works with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities; I enjoy outdoor sports and activities and completing DIY projects on the weekends. Currently, there are two other tenants who live at the house-there is a 19-year-old male tenant who recently graduated high school; there is a 21-year old male tenant who is studying aviation and currently obtaining the hours required to become a commercial pilot.
