1 room for rent, located on the second level of the house. Roommates share a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and large deck. No laundry on site, but there is a laundromat directly across the street. On and off street parking options. Fiber internet and Wi-Fi is available. Rent is due at the start of the month, and deposit must be paid by July 1st. Water is included, but other utilities are not. No smoking indoors, and no pets except for fish and reptiles.

There are currently four roommates sharing the second and third levels of the property. Three men and one woman, all between their mid twenties and early thirties. Two of the tenants (a couple) own a dog. The dog is leashed when outside of the room, and can be muzzled until all parties are comfortable. He is not loud or destructive.
