The room available has its own bathroom and the apartment unit has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, a/c, etc. Recently redone with granite counters, stainless steel appliances.

I get up early (6am) so there will be noise in the common areas at that time. Would prefer someone who isn’t a partier or loud at night because I go to bed early (9pmish).
