James Street

I have a room for rent in a 2 story townhome. There is no yard, just a small grassy area in the back of the buildings. The home is clean and simple. The kitchen is small but open. It’s pretty quiet here, the train goes by a couple of times a day. The bedroom is 10x9 with a closet. It is furnished.

I am a 52 yr old female. I’m pretty quiet, laid back and friendly. I don’t have any pets right now. I don’t drink or smoke.
