Private room with private bathroom just outside the door, you also have access to washing and dryer I’m putting in new floors and fresh paint, room will be ready by july1st. I’m soon to be 56 single male with two grown daughters and a grandson (they do not live here), I have two small dogs and I am in Recovery. I celebrated 14 years clean this last April 25th and I take my recovery seriously. Absolutely no 420 and if you smoke cigarettes I ask that you do it outside. I would prefer a person who doesn’t drink but you at least have to be a responsible drinker. You have to have a job and not be moving in with a uhaul truck full of stuff. This is basically a temporary lay over for the right person. I get it if your in transition and need a place for 6 months or a year, this is your place. I work from home half the day (In the afternoons).

Please no 420 and smokers have to smoke outside. This is for a single person, no couples, no overnight guests.
