Fully furnished bedroom in SHARED apartment. Heat, hot water, internet, access to all streaming services, and electricity all included. Bedroom includes queen sized bed, dresser, and a TV and roku :)

I am 32 years old and have a 10 year old boy who lives with me 50% of the time. My partner is sober so my roommate must be respectful of sober humans. I am very clean and understand and value communication 100% and want the same for a potential roommate. I’m super friendly and work alot so I’m home mostly during the evenings and weekend afternoons.
