Hi There, I am looking for a male roommate to move in on July 1st. The apartment is a private bath with a balcony, shared space and kitchen. Apartment comes with an in unit washer dryer, central air, security in the building and a gated garage. The room for rent is the master bedroom. This room consists of a large bathroom that has a full jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The room also comes with a walk-in closet and plenty of natural light.

The rest of the apartment is furnished and is cleaned twice a month by a professional cleaning service that I alone pay for. The apartment has many amenities including a gym, pool/jacuzzi, barbecuing area, office space with complimentary wifi, and a communal game space.

The apartment building is clean and the staff are friendly and respond within a day for any request for help in apartment problems. The apartment building is a 5 minute walk to the train station and 1 block off the main street of North Hollywood for entertainment and great food options! I do have a girlfriend who will be over frequently. We are respectful of the space and always clean up after ourselves.

I am looking for a nice and respectful roommate who is clean and has clear communication skills.
