A room is available lovely charming 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse in a green, quiet neighborhood in Fremont. Room is clean and nice, overlooking a community pool, that is available to use and the hills. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and drier in the unit. Plenty of street parking available. 3 bedrooms on the second floor, one of each is an office with a desk, office chair and a comfortable armchair just to sit, read and relax is available. Second bedroom is for rent. Living room downstairs has a 42“ TV, a comfortable couch. Dining area has a beautiful table and chairs.

I’m a mature professional, who is renting out one of the bedrooms, as my current housemate has relocated. I’m very clean (also cleaners come by every other week and clean all the rooms). I work part time, travel a bit. Love to cook and bake, hence the kitchen equipment. I have some dinner parties at times, but they neither loud nor large.
