Brian's room

This apartment is the top unit of a town house with one unit below us and next to us (we luckily have a balcony that I have some strawberry plants and flowers on!). The available room easily fits a queen size bed and also comes with your own bathroom! Steps away from the Boulder creek trail, nature is just a block away. We are also just a couple blocks to Chautauqua Park and trails. My favorite part about the location is that we are only 15 minutes from Boulder Falls (waterfall), which I love to go to at least a couple times a week.

Further, we are about a 7 minute walk to downtown Boulder, where there are a bunch of restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. We are also only two blocks from the Library and three blocks from Boulder Farmer’s Market (Saturday’s and Wednesday’s).

The house has a laundry room in the building over (just a 30 second walk and we are the only ones that use it!). I’ve got a coffee maker, blender, and more. The house also has updated oven, microwave, and fridge that aren’t shown in the pictures.

I’m a 24 year old entrepreneur. I have a plant-based milk chocolate company called Trupo Treats and we have a warehouse in Boulder. I started the business in college and have had it running very successfully for about 2.5 years! Hoping to get into some major retailers this year (Just got into Ralph’s in SoCal and aiming for Kingsoopers next).

I’m into going to the gym, taking walks, going to see sunsets, and visiting Boulder Falls. I also have a small rare plant collection but love plants! I’m pretty quiet overall but very outgoing and clean.

I am the only roommate here and have my own room/bathroom and you will have your own room and bathroom too.
