Move-in date has some flexiblility. In this 1,800 sq ft, 4 bedroom + 3 Full bath 2004 townhome with your ~140 sq ft room upstairs next to your full-sized personal bathroom. With lots of space, we’re not on top of each other and can get away without having to hide in a room. The Room has a near new queen size bed and dresser IF you need it. Gated community for more security with a pool and spa.

3 people total live here. I’m a guy, other roomie is a young, active, friendly working professional woman. She prefers another female roommate but also said that’s NOT set in stone at all.

Three things:

1. No to hard drug users or heavy drinkers.
2. No cigarette smoking or vaping on the premises. No problem with it - we just don’t need the exposure.
3. We really like it peaceful, positive, fun and relaxed here keeping any drama to a minimum.

Some other aspects of our place:

• no dog or cat pets, sorry.
• I’m a reasonable, flexible person so some things are readily negotiable - just need to talk!
• No couples.
• We really like to maintain a clean looking and clean smelling place. No odors (other than transient cooking smells or whatever.) We prefer everyone to be clean and help keep the place clean, wiping counters, microwave and surfaces as we see it needs it - to take a swipe at it with any cleaner to help.

And the community has plenty of open to space, it’s gated, feels comfortable walking around at night to go to the pool and the spa any time, they’re always hot and clean. You can walk or bike to Sprouts, Ross, most banks, CVS, Target, fast food, 2 gyms, 85 Degree Bakery, etc… all very close.

• Full Bath in good shape and is yours. We may have a guests over now & again as is agreeable with you/us. Other bedrooms and bathrooms are up & down stairs and I and other roomie will use our own bathrooms 100% of the time. I may have a guest that MAY need to use the bathroom/shower possibly once in a while - maybe 1 or 2 overnights per year? They’re very clean visitors.

• Share common areas, bath, complete kitchen, loft, couches, chairs, some garage storage, living room, TV, wifi, internet all included, washer & dryer, iron & board, etc.

Easy parking is often as close as 8 feet from the front door depending on when you’re parking.

You’d need to show proof of income to pay rent, as my final thought.

these roommates are professionals. Male & female. Very clean, lots of hand washing, shoes off at entryway, etc. Like and open to ALL kinds of music being played openly so others do hear and it’s OK w/ us. We both take care of ourselves by reading nutrition labels, eating properly, exercising regularly @ the gym, and cross-country running in the local hills. We like everything pretty clean, wiping down counters, floors, microwave oven, and sink after preparing food or drinks or dusty parcel package deliveries.
