All utilities are included, including wifi. You will have one parking spot on drive way. This neighborhood is very quiet and has crime watch group.

Currently, there is a flight attendance living in a smaller room. The owner will be mostly out of town. This room would be perfect for a young professional who is considerate of others and clean. Female only.
