Cinthia's room

Room is not furnished. Room dimensions: 10 ft by 11 ft. Closet dimensions (2nd biggest closet in the home): 77“ height with spacer, 81“ length. Prefer female. We have house rules, such as no overnight guests, no smoking marijuana (house owner does not like the smell), no late-night noise disturbances, NO PETS of any kind. You will have a section in a mini fridge shared with the other roommate. You will also have a section of one of the cabinets in the kitchen. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the family members and the roommate. Washer and dryer inside the home. Great location: close to CSUN, 3 freeway entrances close by (118, 5, 405). We have 2 shopping centers close by. Vons is down the street. There is also a bus stop located at the corner of our cross streets, 2 minutes away of a walk. We also have plenty of street parking.

A family of three lives in the home with their dog (Chihuahua-dachshund mix) and another roommate. Two have morning work schedules, one works remotely, and another does not have a strict work schedule.
