About our home : My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate to occupy an extra room we have in apartments in the Fresno area (next to Fresno State). It has a spacious closet, and it’s a decently sized room with a private bathroom. The livingroom (which is empty besides a dining table right now), kitchen, and patio, will be shared areas, but there is extra cabinet space for your utensils, pots ect. Plenty of refrigerator space aswell. Other amenities include free washer/drier (located in our apartment), a dishwasher, and working ac/heating system. Looking for a roomie to take space in our home, we have an extra room and bathroom and are currently paying 1,500 for 2 rooms when we only use one. We have a year on our lease still, and might renew it if we can find someone to take the room. We respect privacy, and are willing to talk more if anyone’s interested!
