Private bedroom in a 2-bedroom-apartment in Palms. Very comfortable and great price since it didn’t go up in the last 5 years that I have been living here. The apartment is in a privileged location right by 405 and close to Palms Metro station. Also, it is about 5 miles away from Venice Beach. The common area includes hallway, kitchen, little balcony and a living room with furniture and tv.

The bedroom is going to be available from July for a minimum of 6-12 months. The deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Please message to schedule a visit soon, I have a busy schedule, but I will be available most nights in the week and a little more flexible during weekends.
