the apartments are located in east sacramento, called The Phoenix. we are getting the 3 bedroom 2 bath. you would be sharing the bathroom will another roommate. if that’s a deal breaker please don’t reply. it is a fairly big apartment. please no other animals as i have a cat & other roommate has a small dog already. looking to move in june 7th. if interested please reach out! also no prefer a nonsmoker as i am allergic.

My name is Talia but most my friends call me Honey. i am 28 years old & work at an elementary school as a senior team lead for the after school program. i am quiet & reserved and take alot of time to myself. i am clean & respectful. i work monday through friday. The other roommate is named Sarah she is just about the same as me. she works as an EMT so we prefer no late night after hours noise. we are both hardworkers & like clean respectful people & place.
