This is a 4 bed 4 bath apartment. each bedroom is a separate lease. You have the ability to pick your potential roommate’s through roommate sync. I have 1 bedroom for relet and my current roommate is also looking for someone to relet her lease.

Living room furniture: couch, arm chair, coffee table, side table, 4 bar chairs.

I’ve lived in this apartment since 2019. I’m the only person that has lived in this room. The apartment itself never has any problems with appliances or anything major. It is on the third floor. There are vaulted ceilings and this layout is the largest lodge layout at the arrow. There is a beautiful view of the sunset every night and you have a huge park directly across the street, so perfect for dogs!

The arrow is extremely dog friendly. There is a clubhouse that includes a pool, hot tub, game room, ski/bike repair room, gym, sauna, steam room, tanning beds, study rooms, free printer access, and a full free 24/7 espresso bar!

Rent is $1060 a month plus $25 for furniture. Utilities are included, except electric which brings the monthly total to less than $1100 per month
