Sherry's room

The house is in a gated community right off the 95 Freeway, as well as the 215. The amenities in the area are amazing with just about everything shopping/restaurant wise. The Master Suite is actually bigger than a studio apartment. It has a smaller room off to the side that’s like an open second bedroom, perfect for a little living den/office. Fully furnished with mounted TV with the highest speed internet and streaming services, small refrigerator and microwave. It definitely has room for some of your own furniture. The ensuite bathroom has a sunken in large bathtub, dual sinks, huge counter space, and separate step-in shower with separate toilet and a walk-in closet. There is a second closet in the actual bedroom. There are two other bedrooms, all upstairs, separate by a long hallway, no shared walls.

I am the only one living in the house. Since all of my activity is M-F during the day, perfect for a day worker. I am a very energetic, active, positive person and work hard to create a drama-free environment. My house of full of love, laughter, music and projects. My grand-daughter spends the night with my grandson in the guest room frequently. The guest room is available for your use when needed. I am self-employed and work from home so I’m in-and-out all day long and I watch my grandson three days per week. I get up at 4 a.m. every day and usually work until I drop, so I don’t spend a lot of time downstairs with the big screen TV in the Den off of the kitchen…so it it pretty much available every evening. I cook a lot as I like fresh food that promotes a healthy lifestyle. I do have animals and I am a clean freak! Can’t handle people that don’t clean up after themselves/animals or buy their share of household supplies. Garage parking is available. I do spend a lot of time on the back patio, you’ll see why :)
