Bedroom for rent in a new build townhome in Cadence, Henderson, NV. There are walking trails, multiple parks, within walking distance from the home, and more.

The home is a 2-story, 3-bedroom 2.5 baths, with 10’ ceiling on both floors. The home has upgraded countertops, appliances, laundry room, carpet on the second floor, and more. All common areas are beautifully decorated and the rental does come with parking.

The bedroom is located in the front of the house facing the park view. The room features a queen bed, two nightstands, and a room ceiling fan.

No pets or smoking is allowed in the house and frequent alcohol use is not preferred.

An ideal tenant is a single person between the age of 24-50, professional with a clean background, and great vibes. Military, first responders, grad students, and any career field are welcome.

The home will be occupied by only the landlord and tenant so privacy, cleanliness, and quietness will be at their highest.

I am in no rush to rent the room considering that I am looking for a tenant who will keep the home clean, treat the home as their own, respect each other privacy.
