It is close to Stamford, Norwalk, St Vincent’s and Bridgeport Hospitals, along with Sacred Heart, Fairfield, Norwalk Community, Purchase, U Conn, Stamford Colleges/Universities. The home is set at the end of a private cul-de-sac with almost no traffic but for those servicing the property. The owner lives in the lower apartment while the prospective tenant would occupy the third floor consisting of private bath/tub/shower, two large bedrooms en suite with double bed in one and twins in the other. (One room can be used as living room/study/private dining area.)
