This apartment is 2 bed 2 bath. Use 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The apartment is old and needed some maintenance when I first moved in, but rest assured that I am now living comfortably. The office and maintenance are prompt and attentive. It is quiet at night, no problems. There is no gym, but there is a treadmill in my room. Conveniently located within walking distance to Target, Starbucks, banks, etc.

I can work with or without furniture.

I am a middle-aged Japanese woman. My English is not advanced, but I can handle daily conversation. I am self-employed and usually work from my room. I like cleanliness and always keep my room clean.
