Samantha's room

On the second floor we have one 10x10 bedroom available. There is also a full bath that will be shared with the person in the other room on the second floor. Me and my partner have our own bathroom on the third floor. We take safety very seriously so in order to best insure everyone is comfortable, safe, and on the same page about the household Joe and I, the lease holders, have created a roommate contract that each roommate must sign to live on the property. You must be willing to sign this contract to live here. Suggestion, changes, negotiations are always welcome as well as long as everyone can agree on something.

We’re looking for someone in their 20s, with no pets, has a stable job and income, is willing to clean and be a team player, respects boundaries and space, is willing to get to know one another, and has no kids. We’d also love to find a roommate that would be willing to renew the lease or move to a new place with us when this lease is up in March.

Your roommates will be me, Sammy (20), my boyfriend Joe (26), and our third roommate Bryn (23) who will be sharing the bathroom on the second floor with you.

Joe works far away so is usually not home between the hours of 8am-11pm depending on how early he goes in. He is very chill and funny, loves D&D, comics, singing, and spending time with his friends and family.

I also love to do all of those things but I’m usually in my room with my two cats, Castiel and Leo, watching anime or H2O Just Add Water as of late. I also enjoy arts and crafts like scrapbooking, painting, making fairy things with moss and mushrooms. I’m into magical, mystical things like fairies, witches, vampires, mermaids. Spirituality has become more important to me, I’m into things like spell work, taijitu, astrology, and pantheism. I enjoy nature a lot. Like barefoot walking tree huggin type of girl. I also enjoy working on mental health and learning about psychology, currently looking into shadow work. I work as an ABA therapist helping kids on the autism spectrum. I will be working/ home 6:30am-6:00pm.

Bryn is new and just moved in on August 1st. What I can say about her so far is she’s pretty cool, nice, sweet, and chill. She likes fish and caring for fish. She loves to cook and did a culinary program and sometimes cooks dinner for the house. She has a snake and fish all that are kept in tanks. She has one female tabby cat named Lucy who usually stays in her room. She loves cars and going to car meets with her modded out civic.

We like to keep a clean and calm home so you never have to worry about us not cleaning up after ourselves or causing drama, we just ask that you show us the same courtesy. We want to use a chore board to help evenly delegate house work in common areas / shared spaces. Each person would have 1-3 chores a week most likely as would be agreed upon in the contract.
