The massive 21x13 room has a huge double door walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with a stand alone tub and separate shower. The bathroom also has an additional walk in closet, and double vicinity granite countertops. There is so much storage space in this room alone, it’s a must see!

The home location is right by Hwy 6 that offers endless stores and restaurants. It takes 15 minutes to get to I-69, 10 minutes to Fort Bend Parkway Toll roll, and 10 to get the to the Alt 90. Close to First Colony Mall, Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital, St. Luke’s Health -Sugar Land, TX, and Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital.

2 females and 1 male are already renting the other rooms. Everyone mostly keeps to themselves since everyone is on different schedules. 2 work and 1 works and goes to school. There is 1 hypoallergenic small dog that stays in his owners room for the most part as well. Not looking for any more pets, sorry.
