I have a 1 bedroom as soon as JUNE 30!!

•Pretty decent size we do have a bed, end table and lamp in there but If don’t like it we can move it out.

•1.5 bathroom so main bathroom will be shared. But very ocd clean :)

•Wifi/cable/kitchen access and I do have another refrigerator in garage.

•Washer and dryer available if you can just provide own soap!

•I don’t smoke (i vape)but there is ashtrays on front porch and or garage as outside only.

•I do drink occasionally and I do not do drugs.

RENT IS: either cash or zelle

•$600 with amenities listed. And a $150 deposit (non refundable)

SO TO MOVE IN IS: $600 RENT PLUS $150 (NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT) TOTAL:=$750

ALL utilities are included in the $600 monthly rent!!

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WOULD WANT TO STAY AT LEAST A YEAR OR LONGER IF POSSIBLE

🏡ROOM AVAILABLE JUNE 30: AS my current ROOMMATE leaves then thank god =] Watch out for a girl on here named NAETASSJAH She portrays the innocent/mature card till you get to know her. But point is she is 19 years old but acts like she’s 9! She steals your items in your house then lies about it. She doesn’t ask she just takes She lies all the time, she is very disrespectful as hell, puts you down, causes drama with her girlfriends, will try and break property in your house, and then have a motel/revolving door in your house of NUMEROUS people in and out of your house till 530am. WHICH I DON’T MIND GUESTS BUT IM NOT A DAMN MOTEL!!
She acts all sweet and grown up on the phone but in person WATCH OUT! She definitely FOOLED US, but that’s what she does, and a past background too by the way which I just recently found out, I don’t mind but just be HONEST WHY LIE? SO STUPID SMH! But this is what she does and why she jumps from house to house with NO STABILITY! NO WONDER WHY! So PLEASE watch out for her as I DON’T want anyone else to have to go through what my mother and I are going through with her!! She CAN’T leave soon enough but paid till June 30 and then I WILL THROUGHLY CLEAN THE ROOM from her being in it and the numerous people as well. Then will be AVAILABLE AFTER! (THANK GOD🙏😉🤣)
