Eaton Road

2 bed 2 bath apartment at the Eaton Ranch apartments. My girlfriend and I currently share a room so youll have your own room/bathroom and our rooms dont share a wall! The apartment has a nice little gym and pool and washer/dryer in unit and a little balcony. Rent is about $635 each a month and then $20 for PGE and then $18 for wifi, they may be increasing it by $25 as well this year. Our current roommate is moving out to be closer to campus where he goes to school and works so just looking to fill his room since my girlfriend and i would love to stay.

My girlfriend and I are pretty chill and open minded we like to watch movies in the living room and occasionally have friends over for a game night or hang at the pool. Other than that we both work and she goes to Chico State. Looking for someone whos neat, friendly, and around the same age or older (we’re 21 and 24) to renew our lease with!
