Nikki's room

We have 2 private rooms available for rent - $700/ month per room. Both rooms are about the same size and will be unfurnished even though the photos show it furnished.) Tenants will share a double vanity bathroom so you will have your own sink/ bathroom storage. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with plenty of street parking close to the house.

What we are looking for: Someone who is communicative and respectful, who will help keep common areas clean. Absolutely no Marijuana in any forms allowed, no exceptions! Would prefer a non smoker as everyone in the house is a non smoker but would consider Cigarette smoker as long as it is outside. We don’t mind alcohol as long as you drink responsibly. We want someone who is kind, considerate and mature, someone who will treat our house as their own and whom we can trust to stay in our house even when we are not present.

Currently my husband and I live in the house with our toddler. However we are working on relocating to Denver for a career opportunity. The transition will be slow but come middle of December, my husband and I along with our toddler won’t be present much (maybe 1-2 times a month.) So the tenants will have the house to themselves. On the rare occasion that our toddler is in the house, we ask for his nap and bedtimes to be respected. He sleeps through the night and is a really good sleeper so you don’t have to stay super quiet but just be considerate during those times.
