Hi, I’m looking for a roommate for my 2 bed 2 bath Luxury apartment! I’m 22 years old and I have one cat. The apartment layout is great. The rooms are on opposite sides and we each have walk-in closets, and our own private bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are in the middle of the apartment, it’s like we have our own halves of the apartment! There is a full washer and dryer in the apartment. They work super well and are quick! There’s a full kitchen with lots of room and an island in the middle of it. There is also a large balcony. There is garage parking and uncovered parking. Everything is updated and new. They are apartments with a city like style in the suburbs of Tigard, Oregon near Washington square and access to main freeways.The amenities include, a pool, spa, roof terrace with lots of grills and a fireplace as well as a Gym. There is also a main room for people who work at home with a living room and kitchen and speedy free wifi. There is also a movie theater room, and a separate game room with two pool tables and other games. The keys are electronic and scan. I need someone available to sign a lease with the apartment company by middle of June because the lease will start June 24th! I am a very quiet person and I’m in my room 95% of the time if not working. I am social and drink socially, I’m open to everyone and all as a roommate NO gender requirements, or sexuality judgments whatsoever here. We love everyone! You will need to have your own bathroom supplies and bedroom furniture. I have speedy wifi and a 65in square tv with an Xbox one for the living room. I also have all living room furniture and some kitchen supplies (might not be enough for two people). I would like someone who’s friendly and goofy but also respectful and understands I keep to myself most of the time. If you have one pet that is okay I love animals but you will need to pay a deposit and monthly rent fee for the fur baby. If you are really serious please contact me immediately! I am trying to find a roommate as quick as possible! There will need to be a in person interview with you to see if we get along and if you can meet the requirements. There is a background check and credit check requirement for the lease. I will be the primary on the lease but you’ll be on it as well. I’m a pretty laid back and chill person. I’m low maintenance. I have two kitties that are my babies. One was raised with dogs and the other is a kitten. I’m mostly in my room. I can be social but I prefer to just be in my room and relax when I’m home! I’m kinda goofy as well. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces. I respect everyone’s boundaries and privacy. I don’t cook that much but the kitchen is huge for people who do. I’m somewhat an introvert at first but once I get comfortable I’m very social! I’m open to either being really close friends or just respectful roommates with our own private lives.
