Looking for a male or female roommate. No pets (I have a cat. He is very friendly with people but not other animals). I have a room available for rent in my newly renovated condo located 5 minutes north of Downtown St. Pete. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo, so the bathroom is shared, but there is plenty of storage! There is no laundry in-unit, however the shared laundry room is right outside of the unit. I am in the process of furnishing common areas (second couch and a real table for the eating area).

The bedroom has a Full size Murphy Bed with linens, and there will be a night stand added shortly, but it is otherwise unfurnished. Has a large closet as well.

I do have a cat, he is very lazy and adorable. I keep up with the fur so always making sure it’s never an issue. The condo is located in a great and convenient area. 2 Publix’s on the corner, Walgreens and CVS a block away, many food choices within walking distance, Trader Joe’s is right down the street. Water and beautiful parks are only a walk or bike ride away! There is free 24/7 public street parking all along the street.

This lease is for six months (or longer!). If we get along and vibe well, we can discuss renewing or extending the lease! You will need to go through the Approval process with the HOA. The only fee for the application is the $50 background check.
