The apartment will be cleaned and full of potential by August. The other 2 roommates are under 24, artistic, quasi-professionals. Looking to create an intentional community where we can share a meal and hangout on the couch sometimes.

Reviewing applications currently. Qualified applications have a guarantor, have submitted app asap. The deposit is due when the lease is signed ($1,125 each). The apartment will be repainted on August 1st and 2nd, so a flexible move-in date is preferred.

I am 26 (she/her), from California, and have lived in NYC for 2 years, and in this apartment for 1 year. I work in sustainability, coffee, and cheese, and make music! Some of my many interests include biking, skating, fashion, Judaism, hosting, and reading.
