I have a 2 bedroom town home I rent from my grandpa and I live in the master bedroom. I have a spare room with a private personal bathroom available July 1.

I’m a 28 year old male I work full time from home. Im very low key I don’t drink or smoke I just work and go to church. I don’t care if you drink or smoke.

No animals. (I’d be ok with a cat or 2) No sex offenders. No couples.

The town house is between ustick& Cherry on Linder road across the street from Tully park in a nice older person neighborhood. There’s about 5 cops that live in this neighborhood very safe area.

We got people who mow the lawn there is no maintenance you will need to do aside from paying your rent and utilities.

Rent is $800 plus utilities (about $150 per person with internet) Security deposit is $400 refundable after move out.

Looking for a year commitment.
