Rent is $950. With a $200. Non-refundable cleaning deposit. Spacious quiet home to relax. Private room already furnished with a queen size bed, tv, a designated work area, and has a walk in closet. We have a bathroom downstairs and another bathroom upstairs. Your bathroom is a shared bathroom with one other person if the other room is occupied. You will have access to the living room, bathrooms, outside areas, televisions, kitchen, coffee bar, clubhouse gym, kayaks, & pool. We are 2 minutes away from Hogan Lake, 25 minutes to Lake Camanche, 17 minutes to Pardee Lake. 25 minutes to Ione, Ca. And 30 minutes to Murphys, Ca.

I’m a retired professional and I have a teenager in high school who wants to be a traveling nurse one day. We enjoy bbqing and camping along with last minute road trips. We have an outside dog and an indoor short haired cat. We don’t have huge parties here other than the occasional bbq with a few friends over. I love watching UFC fights, football, baseball, hockey, & basketball. We enjoy country music, going to the lake for the day, kayaking and sitting outside enjoying the peace & quiet.
