Ideal roommate is communicative, respectful, responsible, reasonable and cleans up after themselves, moderately clean, pitches in to maintain bathroom and kitchen cleanliness. Your roommates are laid back and easy to talk to. You will take turns cleaning the toilet bowl and shower of your bathroom you share or you can hire someone to do it for you on a regular basis. The other roommates may be interested in hiring that person/maid to clean their respective cleaning duties as well. If you can’t clean yourself and contribute to keeping and maintaining some sense of reasonable cleanliness, this isn’t the apartment for you. We are by no means neat freaks. The lease is being renewed in mid November and we are looking for find a roommate willing to sign the lease for 12 months. You must have a steady job with proof of income, either 4 consecutive paystub or 2 months of bank statements in your name. If you do not have either of these but a sure way to prove proof of income, savings, or a guarantor, we’ll work with you. Safe neighborhood.
