Ayla's room

There are 4 rooms available for 2 tenants on the basement level with a private living room space, and the upstairs rooms as well. With private bathrooms. There is also an office space upstairs that I have not decided what to do with, so if that is of interest to you, it is also available. The location is really nice. Good neighborhood close to a park, a school and a church. Off of Lemay and Drake. Front yard and backyard with nice garden space. Shared living spaces upstairs, laundry and kitchen, etc. Utilities generally end up being $70/person in the summer and $120/person in the winter. We would split the cost of household items, or switch off who buys them.

I am 20 years old. Getting my Associates degree and working full time. My 2 roommates are moving out at the end of August and I am looking to fill the basement rooms and the 2 upstairs rooms. Both have private bathrooms and 2 bedrooms per person. I value honest people who pull their own weight. I have an busy schedule so I appreciate roommates who can respect the quietness in the night hours. I also ask that we be conservative with utilities so that the price stays down, ex. turn off lights when not using, not extremely long showers, close windows to keep the inside temperature, open windows at night to give the AC a break, use the hand towels instead of paper towels, etc.
