Studio Room comes with Kitchenette, cooking supplies, counter dishwasher, bedding etc with shared bathroom. All you need is your cloths, basics, toiletries and food. There is no room for storage. Ideal for traveling nurses who stay 3 months or more and temporary stays. Also great for second place to have for frequent vacation and work visits to area, saving on hotel stays. Sober living; NO smoking, alcohol or illegal drugs allowed on premises. Non-Smoking CBD or Cannabis allowed, but no smoking in room. On Second floor with 15 steps; no elevator. Located in South Palm Springs near shopping centers, restaurants near 111. Walking distance to Prescott Preserve and Demuth Park. Quiet room located above courtyard. $750 first and last months required, plus refundable key deposits of $200 upon move in. And half the electric bill monthly.

I am a retired health care worker who has lived here for 9 years. I love to travel. So you will have the place by yourself allot. I do have a dog that is friendly to everybody. But will be kept out of your area. You will have your private space as I will too. The only room shared is the bathroom.
