This is a room for rent, not the entire apartment.

Room for rent in a two-bedroom, one-bathroom inlaw unit. The room is a good size but the Kitchen is on the small side. Rent is $800 a month and there is an $800 deposit. Power and water are paid separately and can vary from $30 to $150 depending on the time of year. The rent power and water must be paid with Venmo. Internet is included and there is free laundry on site. I’m also willing to consider reduced rent for dog care.

I’m 40, don’t drink or smoke. I mostly work in the mornings but occasionally work at night as well. I am moderately clean and moderately noisy. I love hiking, backpacking and making art. I have a dog named Stella she’s super sweet but takes time to warm up to new people. You would need to take some extra time in the first weeks or months to learn her training commands and build a relationship with her!

I am looking for someone who is female-identifying or queer. I’m looking for somebody who doesn’t drink or smoke, or at least does so very little. Also looking for somebody who seldom has overnight guests. Additionally, somebody who knows how to communicate their needs and boundaries and can have productive conversations around problem-solving is a must.
