Hi!!

I am seeking a live-in Estate Caretaker to ‘Prep the House For Fun’ 1.5 hours each morning Mon-Fri & care for my 2 boys ages 5 & 7yrs old *6 hours a week in exchange for a reduced rent down to **$0/month including utilities!

The position & room is available July 1st. This is a 6month position with the option to renew if everyone is happy with the arrangement : )

Your private room has an ocean view. Your room is partially furnished with a queen size bed only. The closet has full length mirror sliding doors. There is a giant window almost from floor to ceiling that lets in nice light, the sun sets in your window this time of year. At night you can hear the waves crashing on the sand - It’s a dream.

Your private bathroom also has a direct ocean/sunset view.

We are in a gated community that has amenities: pool/jacuzzi, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, a private walking trail part way to the beach. We are a 5 minute walk from the beach where there is a surf break.

The 1.5hour each day Mon-Fri Estate Caretaker routine would need to be finished by 8:30am (if you are a late owl & would rather do this after sundown; or a combo of a little at night & the rest in the morning that is fine). I’ll have an organized daily schedule written out that will be tucked into the kitchen drawer for you to refer to. Everyday is a little different, but the overall schedule will rarely change. Having your help keeps the house a joy to live in.

I would like a person to join our Ohana (family) who is a happy, bubbly, kind, loving type of personality with a lot of patients for children’s shenanigans. Someone who has genuine goodwill for others. No smoking, drinking or pets.

*Let me know what you would like the 6 hours of babysitting to look like…this could be all in 1 chunk or broken up into different days. During their summer break (now - until Mid Aug) I’m totally open to what the days/times are. Once they start school it would need to be evenings/weekends.

**The rental rate is absolutely free, however I have learned that I still do need to collect a deposit. The deposit will be set at what 1 month’s rent is valued at of $1,350.

I am a work from home, single Mamma, needing support to keep living life to it’s fullest!!
