Its about 15 minutes from downtown and the train can pretty much take you anyway. The apartment is a 3 bed 3 bath but each room will be subleased separately.Rent is $1049 /mo for your own private room and bathroom with a shared living room and kitchen with the other two subleasers. There is an in building laundry unit as well as gym. Parking is available in parking garage for $35/mo. Water and wifi is included in rent but electricity is based on usage and can be up to $35/mo.

I am a college student at DU and will be going abroad during the fall as to why I am needing to sublet my apartment during that time! I dont have information on the roomates as we have no one signed on as of right now.
