Hello! I am a 34 year old female living with my 5 year old small pup. We are looking for a roommate starting around beginning of August (move in date flexible). We are located in the Sidehill condos that intersect Timberline and Drake.

Ideally looking for a graduate student or young professional who would appreciate the quiet space, a minimalist who doesn’t have a lot of things (storage space is limited however your bedroom and bathroom will be unfurnished), and someone who loves dogs, but doesn’t have any pets of their own. My pup prefers to be the only dog of the house, and is hypoallergenic for those with allergies!

*Update on the rent: the total rent will be $1425 up until October, so $712 each. Starting in November, the rent will be increased to $1600 total, so $800 per person. One year lease is required.

About me: I work at home remotely full-time, am clean, quiet, and respectful. I have lived in this condo since 2015, and absolutely love it!

I love to read, listen to true crime podcasts, binge watch good shows (we pretty much have all the streaming services), be outside, go to CycleBar, drinks on the patio, and swimming in the pool during the summer!
