I’m looking to sublease my room at 10x Fort Lauderdale. It’s a 2/2 you would be living with another female roommate who currently does live in the other room. You have your own bath one walk in closet and another full size closet that leads into your own bathroom. Beautiful view apartment is 6 min from Las Olas. Rent is $1400 every month + utilities (wifi & electric) the lease will go through April 2024. I’ve paid for the month of June already. If you’re interested message me as you’ll have to do an application through the apartment complex (credit and background check etc typical apt stuff) ONLY female roommates in their 20’s. I’m wanting to find someone by the end of July. Please have stable income + job. Please feel free to reach out for more pictures.

The current roommate who will be living in the other room is neat, clean and keeps to herself. Would prefer no pets.
