I will be working out of town during the months of July, August, and possibly September. I want to list my apartment only for those months. It is a large one-bedroom on Cabrini Blvd and 181st. Close to Castle Village and Hudson View apartments. Beautiful and safe neighborhood with easy access to the 1 and A trains. I have attached videos of the apartment empty but it is fully furnished, with room for storage if needed and laundry on the premises. Utilities included. Pet-friendly building and a great dog neighborhood. The rent price is 1,700 but could be negotiated and I’ll make up the difference. Please let me know if you are interested and we can hash out the details.
