The apartment is located in a quiet surburb-ish area of Glendale, pretty close to downtown and the Americana. The apartment complex only has 20 units total and is usually peaceful and quiet. Each person gets their own room and the full bath with the shower is shared; I have a half bath in my room. The person with the smaller room gets the parking space included. The rent is $1067/per person, no utilities or wifi included. Utilities and wifi come about to be around $100/per person, so $1167/per month in total. For laundry, there’s 2 coin operated washers and dryers on site. There’s an AC unit and a wall heater unit (the wall heater isn’t safe to use for long periods of time and doesn’t reach all areas of the apartment :/ ) The apartment is pretty barren right now, but I’d love to make the apartment look nice and source cool furniture and eclectic decor from Facebook marketplace if that interests you!

Hey, I’m Taylor! I’m 25 years old, 🇯🇲 & ✡️, INTJ, and a Capricorn. I’m a full time graphic designer and have a hybrid schedule of 3 days from home and 2 days in office. I have a cat named Charlie :) and he’s very sweet but is scared of new people at first. I’m open to having another cat live here if our cats can get along, but no dogs. I prefer a quiet, clean, and calm environment. I’m respectful of boundaries, space, and alone time. Open to being friends if we vibe! I love art, design, music, crafting, thrifting, exploring the city, museums, trying different coffee shops, going on walks, doing my own gel x nails, watching tv or YouTube, makeup, Pinterest, and spending too much money at TJ Maxx.

About you: I’m looking for someone who’s graduated college, 24-28 years old, has a steady full time job, likes cats, and is respectful and responsible. Ideally someone is looking for a long term stay. Preferably BIPOC girlies :) No men or couples. Must be clean and help to keep common areas clean and organized. No smoking, excessive drinking, or drug use. I’m 420 friendly, but we aren’t allowed to smoke it inside or close to the premises. If you like to have guests over frequently, if you’re a big drinker or partier, if you’re loud (on the phone, playing music or tv super loud), or if you don’t clean often, this won’t be a good fit.

Please note that the room won’t be able to be seen in person until late July when my current roommate moves out.
