About the room
This is a first floor apartment in the Broadmoor area. Some perks: assigned & covered parking, in-unit laundry, air conditioning, and a dishwasher.
You would get an unfurnished bedroom and private bathroom. The living spaces are shared.
No pets (sorry!) and it is a smoke free community.
The rent does not include utilities or wifi. The leasing agency does require a background check & income verification.
About the roomies
I’m Jaidyn! My pronouns are she/her and I’m 23 years old. I’m the only other one living in the space :) I am definitely introverted, but would still appreciate a roommate that I can spend free time with if we click.
My hobbies include playing hobby board games and “cozy” video games on Steam and the Switch. So I’m a homebody, but am happy to go out for spontaneous boba or thrifting.
I work full time in the area as an inventory manager and have set days off.
