Hello. I’m a mature, progressive male and socially and environmentally-conscious entrepreneur in his 50’s involved in local arts/regenerative community projects, looking for a roommate to split the rent of a beautiful two bedroom, two bath apartment in the East End community of downtown AVL. These are very nice apartments with upscale appliances and washer/dryer in the unit. You would have your own private bathroom. There is an outdoor porch and unit is close to the pool which features great views of the mountains and downtown Asheville. This is a well-maintained apartment complex within walking distance to the South Slope and Down town. There is a club house, gym, dog-friendly amenities, hiking trails, and a great park and jogging track.

Rent will be split at $1015 each plus half of utilities. The complex is pet-friendly (with a pet fee) and since I love animals I am open to pets and may get one myself. Move in would be available early June. This opportunity will go fast to the right person. A background check and credit check are required and are included in a $75 application fee. No security deposit required, but you would be required to be on the lease. An annual renters insurance policy at minimal cost will be split.
