Justin's room

Two rooms available in a five bedroom, 2 bath duplex right off of 1300east in the middle of Sugarhouse. Rooms are located in the basement of the unit, with room 1 being approximately 7’x13’ with a window, and room 2 being approximately 10’x11’ with no window. Roommates have full access to in-unit laundry, full service kitchen, and common spaces. Rooms are ideal for students as they are close to both the University of Utah and Westminster University. Background check will be done by the landlord.

Roommates are all between the ages of twenty and twenty four. All of the roommates are generally quiet people that are friendly and clean. Roommates are male, female, and nonbinary. Some roommates are part of the lgbtq+ community, so we are looking for someone who is lgbtq+ friendly. A couple of the roommates are also students at the University of Utah, so we are ideally looking for someone who is college-aged.
