Hi All! 👋🏼 Looking for an amazing roommates to share a spacious house in a prime location near Downtown Denver! The basement level (850 sq ft) is available for rent. This level has 2 generously-sized master bedrooms, a shared bathroom and it’s own furnished living room. We will be sharing the kitchen upstairs and laundry room 😊. The bedroom available is spacious (14ft x 15ft) and can fit a king-size bed with room to spare for $950. Utilities will be split between the 3 of us (1 other roomie lives here), so costs should be reasonable. Available now!

Location: This house is conveniently located near the Stanley marketplace, just a 15-min drive from Downtown & Rino, a 15-min drive from Cherry Creek mall, a 20 min drive from Wash Park and Highlands, a 10-min drive from City Park, and a 10-min drive from the University Hospital. It is close to the Übergrippen Indoor Climbing Gym.

About me: I’m a 29-year-old Human Resources professional who is chill but also tidy. I’m a proud doggy mom 🐶 to a 20 lbs mini Aussie and enjoy hikes on the weekends. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I love exploring new restaurants and breweries around Denver with friends. Small pets might be considered if they get along with my Aussie and are well behaved but unfortunately no cats.

About Justin (other roomie): he is a super chill guy that is usually outside doing disc golf or fly fishing. He definitely has golden retriever energy, is really nice, respectful and clean!
