Our house is located on a quiet residential street that is centrally located to both Whitman and Gonzaga for those that are students looking to rent and get to classes easily. For anyone who needs access to public transportation, our home is located next to a stop with quick access to Division that makes navigating Spokane nice and convenient. The full basement is available to rent and comes equipped with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom is currently furnished with a new queen bed and 50in TV but can be cleared out upon request should you have your own furniture to move in. The basement has a small living room area and you will have full access to the laundry. There will be shared access to the kitchen and main living room upstairs. There is off street parking available via a 4 car driveway and a large fully fenced backyard.

My partner Tyler and I (Timm) have owned this home for 10 years with our 4 dogs and are looking to rent out the basement of our home. We are looking to find someone who is friendly, wants a space that is quiet, likes dogs, is preferably a university student (though that is not a deal breaker), isn’t looking to host parties, wants a home away from home, and is LGTBQ friendly.
