Hosking Avenue

I am moving out of the area, and am looking to have someone take over my room in an apartment shared with one other roommate! It’s a 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment with a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Gated complex, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, and basketball court on site (https://www.gvluxury.com). Area is very quiet and homey! Internet and other bills are not included in rent. The apartment is current leased through Feb. 2024. Please message me if you are interested as I am hoping to find someone ASAP (before July). My roommate has a small dog, so if you have pets, they would need to meet prior to moving in. There is a small pet fee that gets added to the rent if you have a pet. You will need to submit and application to the apartment complex prior to moving in.

My roommate is quiet, respectful, and generally works in the afternoons/evenings during the week and most of the day on weekends.
