Beautiful home with nice kitchen in a great safe neighborhood. Renting out basement, with half bath on main level and shared bath with one other on the upper level

Currently there are 3 of us living in the home and two dogs. Two of us are students, undergraduate and graduate, but also work close to full time, and the other works full time. We are friendly and fun but also extremely respectful of shared space and privacy! We are all clean and responsible, and are look for someone with similar values!
