Jasmine's room

Single room available! We own a home with two extra rooms. Currently rent one of the rooms out to a student and looking to help out someone else. Rent includes utilities, access to shared spaces (kitchen, living room, backyard, etc.) . Washer/dryer in garage.

We work all day and are very active in the gym. Living situation is very relaxed and we all take care of one another. Not strict about guests as long as common curtsy rules are followed.
