Adriana's room

*Your own private entrance, a medium sized room, a small closet and a small shower. Well, to me it’s small, you can see it in the photos. It’s a regular sized closet. For photos of the restroom please DM me.

The room is available now and it’s a female household, except for our dog Astro who visits once in a while. There is enough space for a queen bedroom set. Closet is small so keep it simple. Rent is month to month. We prefer to get to know you within the first three months to see if we want to extend contract so it’ll be month to month.

*The deposit includes last months rent.

We are a mother and daughter in her 30s and we’re super women with three jobs each and my dad just moved back to Colombia so he won’t be able to help much financially as the change of currency isn’t worth it. Unfortunately, we had a couple of losses. My grandfather and our dog both passed away recently and my parents had to travel to Colombia. Needless to say it has taken a toll on our finances. That’s why we’re renting. Any questions feel free to ask.
