The property is a new build completed less than a year ago. It is 3 bedroom, 3 bath house. The room is located on the second floor with the other bedrooms. The bathroom is a jack and Jill bathroom between the second and third bedrooms. You are welcome to choose either of them as they are both empty. One can be used for light or temporary storage if necessary. Located in the oak forest district we are close enough yet far enough away from the city. I love the location to everything. Less than 3 miles from 610 and I45. Very convenient location. Parking can be discussed.

Feel free to reach out and get to know us. We are sweet, kind and welcoming to all. I like things clean and tidy, so I expect you too as well. The living room area and kitchen are shared areas. Laundry would also be shared of course.
